FUNCTIONS OF THE TAX APPEAL BOARD

The primary function of the Tax Appeal Board is to hear complaints and appeals regarding the decisions and rulings of the Division of Revenue. In order to facilitate the process of appeals, the Board adopted and has been following a set of procedural rules that have been effective since July 1, 1972.
TAX APPEAL BOARD 2005 MEETING SCHEDULE
All meetings start at 1:00 PM, and are held in the Tax Appeal Conference Room located on the Eighth Floor of the Carvel State Office Building, 820 North French Street, Wilmington, DE 19801.
