The primary function of the Tax Appeal Board is to hear complaints and appeals regarding the decisions and rulings of the Division of Revenue. In order to facilitate the process of appeals, the Board adopted and has been following a set of procedural rules that have been effective since July 1, 1972.
Due to the current state of emergency, if you would like to file an appeal with the Tax Appeal Board, please send an email to the following address, DOF_TaxAppeal_Corr@Delaware.gov, including your name and contact information. The Secretary of the Tax Appeal Board will respond to all emails with further instructions on how to proceed.
All meetings start at 1:00 PM, and are held at the Carvel State Office Building, 820 North French Street, Wilmington, DE 19801.
