Welcome! The Delaware Department of Finance promotes the State's economic health by providing leadership in the development and execution of sound fiscal policies. We are very proud that Delaware is one of the few states that currently hold a "AAA" financial rating - the highest possible - from all three of the internationally recognized rating agencies. Our department also manages the State's accounting services and lottery system as well as the collection of State revenues. [more]
