by providing leadership in the development and execution of sound fiscal policies.
We are very proud that Delaware is one of the few states that currently hold
a "AAA" financial rating - the highest possible - from all three of the internationally
recognized rating agencies. Our department also manages the State's
accounting services and lottery system as well as the collection of State revenues. [more]
