EXECUTIVE ORDER 36
Public Notice
On June 14, 2012, Governor Jack Markell signed Executive Order No. 36, which establishes a periodic review of all State of Delaware agency regulations. This Order requires agencies to solicit input from the public about regulations that are three years old or more. Agencies will then consider possibly modifying or eliminating regulations based on this feedback.
If you have ideas on enhancing Finance regulations, we want to hear from you.
Regulations
From July 13, 2012 through October 1, 2012, the Department of Finance is accepting comments on regulations from the following agencies. Regulations must be at least three years old:
- Department of Finance
- Division of Revenue
- State Lottery Office
- Division of Accounting

Comments may be submitted:
- Online;
- By downloading and mailing a paper form; or
- In person at one of the following Finance Public Hearings:
